These terms govern the use of HeyMochila by tour guides and operators. By creating an account or joining the alpha program, you accept these terms.

1. The service

HeyMochila is an assistant that answers a guide's guests on WhatsApp: it answers questions, manages bookings, sends reminders and asks for reviews, based on the information the guide sets up. It is operated by [COMPANY NAME], [TAX ID], [ADDRESS].

2. Alpha and beta

HeyMochila is in testing. It may have bugs, outages or feature changes without notice, and is provided as is during these phases.

We recommend keeping an eye on important conversations and telling us about any error. Alpha program participants agree to use the app day to day and report the problems they find.

3. Your account and your information

You are responsible for keeping your tour information accurate (times, prices, meeting points, policies) and for the replies you send or approve.

You must have a legal basis to contact your guests on WhatsApp and let them know you use an assistant.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow WhatsApp's and Meta's policies. You may not use HeyMochila to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or illegal or misleading content.

5. Price

HeyMochila is free during the beta. Alpha program participants get free onboarding and setup, and 50% off their first three months after launch.

Before any charge we'll tell you the price, and we'll only charge with your explicit consent.

6. Content

The content you set up (tour descriptions, answers, photos) remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to use it only to provide the service.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost bookings, or for replies based on incorrect information set up by the guide. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

8. Cancellation

You can stop using HeyMochila and ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of [COUNTRY]. The courts of [CITY] have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any rights the law grants you.
